Resort was clean with excellent customer service. Food was amazing they cook to you taste . Customer service was good. Things which resort can improve. Get bigger blankets, it was hard for a couple to share the blanket. The down side is the that the reception and dinning area is one floor up. So for senior citizen it can be hard. They took good care of the property and the guests. Gave us fresh towels, dentist kit and bottled water each day.

Extremely beautiful place, very peceful and relaxing, staff and service is outstanding. Superb food and decent options for breakfast. Small pool but clean and manageable. Owner himself looks into everything meets every guests and ensure they are well looked after. 5-10 mins driver from the beach. They just have 8 cottages with sit outs. Must visit 👍

The resort is located in the woods at Nagaon. The property is nicely maintained with beautiful cottages having pool and garden view. The service is very good and the food served is delicious. Would recommend the resort if you want a peaceful stay with good food.

Beautiful and peaceful place to spend your weekend away from the city's hustle life.. The place has relaxed vibe.. The rooms were clean and the food was delicious. Prawns masala tawa fry is worth trying.. Good place to spend quality time with your friends and family.. The owners are friendly.

We had booked Super Deluxe Room. The Rooms are decent enough size and not that big. Service is superfast and support staff Mr. Rohit was helpful. Even the manager Mr. Saurabh was too supportive. Disappointing factor - We had asked for the hand towel to get it changed as it had gone dirty. But the staff denied saying it gets changed only once in a day & they were not ready to provide another one when we asked for another napkin.. We had to wait for a fresh napkin till another day when the room gets cleaned. Never experienced anything as such anywhere else till now. Food quality and quantity is good enough. Service is superfast but they need to improve on certain things.. Hotel is just 10-15 mins drive to Nagaon beach. And it's a very quite and relaxing place to stay..

The resort has a few rooms only, approx 8 or so. Spacious, very clean rooms with attached bathroom toilet, hot water geysers. The reception and food / restaurant is on first floor. Car parking for around 6 to 8 cars is available too inside. The swimming pool and lawn are well maintained. Peaceful n nice place for families. The host / owner is always around for your needs.

Recommended for family. One of the best resorts of alibaug. I was skeptical on which room to select however based on Mr saurab's recommendation had booked family room.. room was spacious for 4 ppl. Food was also good..service was also fast Will definitely visit next time whenever I'm in alibaug

The Ice Apple Resort in Nagaon, Alibaug is an excellent place to stay. The staff, Mr. Rohit, Mr. Gitesh & Mr. Rahul, were excellent in their work, honest & very helpful. The rooms were also very clean. The food was very tasty & the credit for this goes, to the kitchen staff. Kudos to the entire team, including Managers of the team, Mr. Saurav & Ms. Kavita.
